Moonstone is a variety of feldspar known for its signature glow called adularescence — a soft, shifting light that moves across the surface when viewed from different angles. This piece features a beautiful blue flash, created by light reflecting between delicate layers within the stone. With a Mohs hardness of 6–6.5, Moonstone is a gently lustrous gem often cut or carved to highlight its natural shimmer.
