✨ Important Update on US Shipping ✨

Due to recent tariff changes, I’ve had to make a tough decision: shipping to the US is currently paused. This truly breaks my heart, as so many of my wonderful customers are based there. I’m keeping a close eye on the situation and will update as soon as anything changes. Fingers crossed this is only temporary!

📦 Shipping Details

I use ChitChats to keep shipping as affordable and reliable as possible. All orders include tracking, so you can follow your treasures on their journey to you.

Within Canada

  • Small packages: starting at $5 CAD (perfect for jewelry + other flat items)

  • Medium packages: $15 CAD

  • Large packages: $20 CAD

To the USA (temporarily unavailable)

  • Small packages: starting at $5 CAD

  • Medium packages: $15 CAD

  • Large packages: $25 CAD

International Shipping

  • Small packages: starting at $15 CAD

  • Medium packages: $45 CAD

Please note: these are estimated rates. If your package requires a higher shipping cost, I’ll contact you before moving forward so we can decide on the best option together. At this time, international shipping is limited to small and medium packages (no oversized/heavy items, unfortunately).

💌 Refunds & Returns

  • Cancellations or refunds aren’t available once an order is placed.

  • Lost packages: Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s out of my control.

  • Damaged items: Everything is packed with care, but if something arrives damaged, please reach out to me right away—I’ll do my best to help find a fair solution.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duties that may apply. I’m also not responsible for customs delays (as much as I wish I could fast-track your package with a sprinkle of magic ✨).
