💌 Important Update on U.S. Shipping

Due to recent tariff changes, shipping to the United States is temporarily paused. This decision wasn’t easy, as so many of my wonderful customers are based there. I’m keeping a close eye on the situation and will reopen U.S. shipping as soon as it becomes manageable again. Fingers crossed this is only temporary!

📦 Shipping Details

I use ChitChats to help keep shipping affordable and reliable. All orders include tracking, so you can follow your treasures on their journey to you.

Within Canada

  • Small packages: starting at $5 CAD (perfect for jewelry + flat items)

  • Medium packages: $15 CAD

  • Large packages: $20 CAD

To the USA (temporarily unavailable)

  • Small packages: starting at $5 CAD

  • Medium packages: $15 CAD

  • Large packages: $25 CAD

International Shipping

  • Small packages: starting at $15 CAD

  • Medium packages: $45 CAD

Please note that these are estimated rates. If your package requires a higher shipping cost, I’ll contact you before moving forward so we can decide on the best option together.
There’s also a good chance the cost may end up being lower—in which case, I’ll be happy to refund any overages.

At this time, international shipping is limited to small and medium packages (no oversized or heavy items).

🌸 Refunds, Cancellations & Damaged Orders

Once an order is placed, cancellations and refunds are not available.

All items are packed with care, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find a fair solution together.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within my control. I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages, but I’ll always do my best to help where possible.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. Unfortunately, I cannot control or predict these charges, nor am I responsible for customs delays (as much as I wish I could fast-track your parcel with a sprinkle of magic ✨).
