What is the return policy?

Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Because each piece is unique and prepared with care, Iโ€™m not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

I encourage you to read listings carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order โ€” Iโ€™m always happy to help. I do my very best to photograph and describe each item accurately, including measurements, so you can shop with confidence.

Your understanding and support mean the world to me, and I truly appreciate you choosing to shop here.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you accept payment plans?

Payment plans are available for returning customers on orders valued at $250 CAD or more. If weโ€™ve already established a trusted connection, Iโ€™m happy to discuss two different payment options that may work for you.

If youโ€™re interested in setting up a plan, please reach out to me directly through Etsy or by email at RosyMothCrystals@outlook.com. Iโ€™ll do my best to find a solution that works for both of us.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time Iโ€™m not able to take on custom orders, but I put a lot of love into curating and creating each piece in my shop. Thank you so much for understanding.

Where are your crystals from?

My crystals are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers around the world, with a focus on quality and ethical practices. For example, my Apophyllite is from India, some of my favorite Amethyst pieces come from Uruguay, and my Ocean and Sea Jaspers are from Madagascar. Whenever I know the exact locality or mine, I include that information in the individual listing description so you have the most detail possible.
