YTTRIUM FLUORITE:
Also known as Lavender Fluorite, is the uncommon result of two minerals, Yttrium and Fluorite, blending together. Unlike ordinary Fluorite, about 20% of its structure (of calcium ions) has been replaced by the mineral Yttrium. This is what creates the soft, creamy, lavender colour. As far as we know, this crystal occurs only in one location of Mexico. Lavender Fluorite lends soft, gentle, yet powerful energy. It is one of pure wisdom, and grace. Like most purple stones and gems, it is associated with the crown and other higher chakras. It is said to emit a very high vibration that holds deep calm, knowledge, and wisdom. This is a stone of “the bigger picture”, the all-encompassing, all-knowing. Use this stone to enhance the smoothness, ease and depth of your meditation.

ABOUT FLUORITE: Fluorite is a form of Calcium Fluoride. It belongs to the family of Halide minerals and is part of the cubic crystal system. Fluorite is transparent and comes in colors of purple, green, yellow, black, clear, pink, and other shades too. The fluorite stone received its name from the fluorescent luminance that it emits when held under certain angles of UV light, giving it a magical glowing appearance.
